Service Description:
- This service is for submitting an grievance request under Article 21 of the Real Estate Registration Law, which states: “Anyone who has been notified of the rejection of their application for registration or annotation in the real estate registry, or of the lapse of their priority, or the suspension of procedures, may file a grievance before the competent authority Within 30 days from the date of notification“
- The following requests will not be considered:

- Complaint requests
- Requests that a new registration or annotation application has already been submitted

- A complaint request can be submitted through this link
- The grievance request may be submitted 24 hours after being notified of the rejection of the application
- The applicant has the right to file a grievance request before the competent court within 30 days from the date of the notification of the rejection of grievance, or from the expiration of the specified period for deciding on the grievance without a decision being made(30 days from submission), whichever comes first
